Have you given any kind of thought at all with translating your web-site into Spanish? I know a several of translaters here which would certainly help you do it for free if you want to make contact with me personally.
These quotes are stellar! I especially agree with J.C. Penney’s quote at the end. In this world of impersonal, automated communication, true, friendly service is a rare thing. And yet people crave it and support it in almost every case. Know your customers and care about them.
Sam Walton sure knew his stuff. That’s probably why he built one of the hugest shopping empires ever. He’s right – the customer is the boss, and we business owners have to do everything in our power to keep him or her happy and paying us.
“There are no traffic jams along the extra mile.” This one is my favorite. Unfortunately, there might not be any traffic jams there because so few people and companies actually GO the extra mile. Which, of course, makes it an excellent thing to do if you want to rise above the rest in your customer service.
